We will experience some of the Sunshine Coast Trail race route and some Okeover trails this week, keeping up the distance and elevation.
A little under 18 km total, with a little under 500m of elevation.

Meet at the roadside parking near Highway 101 at Powell Place at 9:00 am (up from the Shinglemill Pub).
As you leave the highway for the Shinglemill Bistro, look to your immediate left.  (Just past the stop sign and way before the restaurant.)  Parking is free in this area.

We will carpool from here to the trailhead at Southview Road
