Marathon Shuffle Training #6 – Dirt Ducklings

This week we are beginning to start simulating race conditions with a longer run with moderate elevation. A little under 22 km with a little over 300m of total elevation.

Runners and hikers meet at the Haslam St water tower parking at 9:00 am.
We will carpool from here to the trailhead.
